ASEE is a nonprofit association founded in 1893, dedicated to promoting and improving engineering and technology education. ASEE has a division on industrial and systems engineering.

ASPE promotes the advancement of precision design, manufacturing, and measurement by providing a forum to encourage and enable exchange of ideas and information between industry, academia, and government laboratories, and by providing annual and topical meetings, continuing professional education and training, and publications.
