As an advance search consider looking at dissertations and theses for literature reviews and their bibliographies. For current research and topics not yet published in a book or articles, these publications can be very resourceful.
ProQuest Dissertations and Theses is mostly a full text resource. For dissertations/theses not available in full text, you can request it through ILL. You can also refine your search in OneSearch by limiting the "Resource Type" (show more) to limit byCollection toTheses and Dissertationsto find Masters theses that focused on the San Jose area.

CSU Collections/Interlibrary Services
SJSU students, faculty, and staff have access to over 29 million books across the entire CSU, right from within OneSearch. You can request books from any of the other 22 California State University libraries and have them delivered to the SJSU Library within 2-5 business days. Requests will be made directly in the item record in OneSearch, but you must be logged in to your account see this option.
Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) allows you to borrow books, articles, dissertations, and more from libraries around the world. Please note, however, that Interlibrary Loan is a cooperative service; because some libraries remain closed or have staff limitations, requests may be delayed or remain unfulfilled.
