Founded in 1889, The Wall Street Journal, also known as The Journal or WSJ, is an American business-focused, English-language international daily newspaper based in New York City and one of the premier resources for business information. It is free to the SJSU community through several databases. including Factiva, ABI/Inform, and Global Newsstream. View each version to see which you prefer. Each database has features such as custom alerts, daily issues sent to your email, and saving functions.

Looking for the Morningstar investment research database?

This resource is available at no cost through the Santa Clara City Library. Cards are available to all residents of California. To access, fill out the membership application and visit an SCL branch in person with an ID or documentation that shows your California address. Then you'll be able to sign in to Morningstar
