To create IEEE permalinks, you may use the URL in the browser address bar or use the link in the citation. BUT, you need to include the library proxy prefix for the link to work on and off campus.
Example:
1. Add the library proxy prefix to the URL in the browser address bar
https://libaccess.sjlibrary.org/login?url=https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/5507957
or use the link in the citation. This link goes directly to the document (e.g., opens up a pdf)
2. Add the library proxy prefix to the URL from the citation
