Welcome to SJSU Course Reserves. We house a collection of material set aside by instructors as supplemental material for "outside the classroom" instruction.

EBooks

The SJSU Library has a large collection of ebooks in addition to all the books we have on the shelves in the library. Some of the over 400 databases available through the University Library have ebooks or, like the database Ebook Central, have only searchable ebooks. You can do a keyword or subject search on the library's website (OneSearch) and then, when you get your first page of results, you can use the filters (also called facets) in the left sidebar to select "full-text online from SJSU" to see which ebooks are available and in which databases. 

For eTextbooks in the Library, check the Library Course Materials (LCM) tab in your Canvas course for links to eTextbooks or check the list of eTextbooks available through the SJSU Library.

Finding Theses and Dissertations

Find a known thesis or dissertation by searching on its title or author and date. Search for other dissertations by keywords and phrases.
