California History-Social Science Adopted Instructional Materials
CDE-History and Social Science:Information that defines the knowledge, concepts, and skills students should acquire at each grade level.
In November 2017, the SBE adopted 10 HSS instructional materials programs. A list of 2017 History-Social Science adopted instruction material is available.
In 2023, the SBE and CDE will begin the process of revising the History-Social Science Curriculum Framework. The SBE will take action on that revised Framework in mid-2024, and the mathematics instructional materials adoption will follow in 2025.
