Reimagine Together

Since its founding in 1857 as a State Normal School, San José State University has provided a stellar education, and the library has played a key role in contributing to the university’s growth and success over the years.

Today, SJSU King Library serves the university’s 35,000 graduate and undergraduate students, providing reference, research support, and late-night tutoring online. Print books and equipment such as laptops and calculators are available through contact-free lockers, and we have increased our digital collections, from databases to streaming videos to ebooks.

We could do more, and with your support, we can meet the evolving needs of students and faculty during this challenging time.

With your support, we can build the library’s digital collections and provide more of the direct learning experiences students still expect.
With your support, we can meet our students’ increasing need for equipment.
With your support, we can offer students work opportunities that allow them to gain hands-on experience and support themselves financially.

The global pandemic has made this a year like no other. SJSU King Library has reimagined many services to meet the changing needs of our students and faculty. We know we can do more, and with your support, we will. Make a gift to support SJSU King Library today so we can reimagine together.
