Publication Policies
If you are planning to publish your research using All of Us data, there are two primary policies to consider:
Data and Statistics Dissemination Policy (DSD)
- No participant count of 1 to 20 can be published or distributed directly (a count of 0 is permitted)
- No way to derive cell counts of < 20 individuals within the publication, including text, tables, figures, percentages or formulas.
How to comply with the DSD policy:
Publication and Presentation Policy
- Must inform All of Us about your publication(including peer-reviewed manuscripts or conference abstracts) at least two weeks prior to publication date.Users can do this through User Support in the Researcher Workbench.
- Must submit to PubMed Central with no embargo period
- Must acknowledge the program and the participants
