Colleges and universities have policies regarding plagiarism and other forms of academic dishonesty. At San Jose State, it's the campus Academic Integrity Policy
In plain English, if you're caught plagiarizing or cheating, you could
- Lose credit for your assignment
- Lose credit for your course
- Get expelled from the university
But they can't punish you unless they catch you, right?
