This guide includes fixes for issues using SJSU King Library online resources

Safari

  1. In the menu bar, click Safari > Clear History...
  2. Use the drop-down menu to pick the timeframe
    • To fully clear your history, cache, and cookies, click the drop-down and select “all history.”
  3. Click Clear History
  4. Close your browser.
  5. You may also need to restart your device.
