Electronic Resources Troubleshooting

This guide includes fixes for issues using SJSU King Library online resources

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Menu icon Menu icon  at the top-right corner of the screen
  2. Click Settings, then Privacy, search, and services 
  3. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click the Choose what to clear button
  4. Change the Time range at the top to All Time and check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Then click Clear now.
  5. Close your browser.
  6. You may also need to restart your device.

Edge clear cache
