Corrected manuscript of the Violin Sonata, Opus 47

117 p., quarto (violin part) and oblong quarto (piano part), comprising six separate fascicles (one for each movement for both piano and violin), using seven different paper types. Piano part (80 p.), each movement in the hand of a different copyist on different paper types (watermarks man-in-the-moon/A.M; crossbow/AM; EGA) with Beethoven's handwritten corrections in the third movement and additional corrections by Ries. Violin part (37 p.) on three different 10-stave paper types, with crossbow and crescent moon watermarks, annotated and corrected by Ries throughout.
