Q. Why isn't my guide showing up on the main Research Guides page / in the Research Guides widget on the library homepage?
A. Make sure you've assigned a Subject and the appropriate tags to your guide so it will show up everywhere it's supposed to!
Q. When I click on the Appointment widget in my profile, it shows I have no appointments available, but I know I do!
A. If your appointment calendar has a friendly URL, you will need to add /online or /king to the end of your URL for Zoom or in-person appointments, respectively, e.g. booking.sjlibrary.org/appointments/YourName/online (see LibCal Appointments Widget).
