ALWAYS add databases this way, NOT as links!

Try to add links this way whenever possible, rather than adding them in Rich Text / HTML. This way they'll be checked by the Link Checker.

Document / File

Always save Word, Excel, and other text files as PDFs before uploading them, and add "PDF" to the end of the file name so someone using a screen reader will know they're about to open a PDF.
