The SJSU King Library Feedback Group is a pool of SJSU students, staff, and faculty. It used to solicit user input on the SJSU Library's website, collections, services, and facilities in order to improve the library's physical and digital user experience. This includes recruitment for usability testing, surveys, focus groups, and other user testing activities.
