The primary goal of the Exhibit Program is to enrich the community and the SJSU campus by creating exhibits with broad appeal for a diverse and multigenerational audience while continuing to support the Library's primary mission, as a preeminent educational resource.

100 Years of Women's Suffrage in the South Bay
January 22 - December 15, 2020
This exhibit showcases archival materials related to the local origins of women’s suffrage and traces these roots through to the present day.
Featuring materials from former mayors Janet Gray Hayes and Dianne McKenna; former council member Blanca Alvarado; Kate Kennedy, a member of the first graduating class of the Normal School who became known for her campaigning for equal pay for women; and organizations such as the National Women’s Political Caucus; the National Organization for Women; and the League of Women Voters.

The Beethovens on the Rhine: Exploring Beethoven's Love of Nature
January 21 - April 10, 2020
Learn about the Beethoven family in Bonn and the natural world of Beethoven's childhood home. This exhibition illustrates how everyday life in Bonn shaped Beethoven’s upbringing, and how the beautiful Rhineland helped to foster his lifelong love of nature.

"20 @ 2020" is the celebration of the 20th Family Art Exhibit of the Chan Lim Family. The Chan Lim Family of Artists is best known for their Asian-themed art with a particular focus on Chinese brush painting. The family has been actively engaged in the arts for more than half a century to date. The three generations of the Chan Lim Family use a multitude of media, styles, and techniques to incorporate Western into Eastern art. They continue to get involved in the arts by actively developing and promoting Chinese brush painting in the Philippines and abroad.
The Chan Lim family aims to create art on a variety of media. Over the years, they have continuously pushed the envelope on the type of media used for the Chinese brush. This exhibit presents Chinese brush painting on colorful lanterns.
Will be on display in the AAACNA Studies Center on the Fifth Floor of the SJSU King Library.

Art of Remembrance VR Experience
Explore the Art of Remembrance Altar Exhibit in virtual reality! This interactive 3D experience will give you an opportunity to learn the meanings and history of this 3,000 year old ritual. This ritual honors the spirit of the dead by welcoming them and celebrating their legacy.
